Overview
At GlobalMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Service
Email us at support@globalmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
Ship the Item
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. Include all original packaging and accessories.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@globalmart.com. For exchanges of different items, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Sale Items
Sale items may only be exchanged for defective or damaged products. Regular-priced items are eligible for full refunds. Store credit may be offered for sale item returns at our discretion.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
